We offer a bespoke service customised to your specific needs. If what you are looking for is not covered here, get in touch with us in the first instance as we will likely be able to help. We are experts in property development in project management and so the above is not an exhaustive list of all the services that we provide.
Can’t I just manage it myself?
From our experience this is highly unlikely. We work seamlessly as a team, minimising all of the challenges you would experience when engaging several parties for finance, design & build and project management. Our end-to-end service will actually be a cost saver to you as we address any possible challenges in the preliminary stages, reducing inefficiencies throughout the build.
How involved do I have to be in the process?
As much as you want to be. In the beginning you will likely be more involved as we finalise the details of your requirements. Whilst this may feel hands-on, your involvement will be greatly reduced as soon as we start the project. The majority of our clients opt for a hands-free solution, only getting involved when they absolutely have to.
